We’re excited to announce that Umer Paracha has joined Topsort as our new Head of Marketing! With over ten years of expertise in eCommerce, digital transformation, and retail media, Umer is here to help us take things to the next level.

Umer’s track record speaks for itself. He’s held leadership roles across industries, including as Director of Digital Marketing at Daraz.pk, where he was key in scaling South Asia's largest marketplace, driving orders from zero to 10,000 daily—eventually leading to Daraz's acquisition by Alibaba in 2018. His experience also includes growing the eCommerce side of Lansinoh Laboratories from USD $40 million to over $90 million, using omni-channel marketing and data-driven retail media strategies. And at QIAGEN, he spearheaded the transformation of manual ordering systems into cutting-edge eCommerce platforms.

Umer's appointment comes at an exciting time for us at Topsort. Following our recent strategic partnership with Moloco and a USD $20 million Series A funding round (led by Upload Ventures), we’re more ready than ever to scale our clean advertising platform and continue our mission of democratizing access to retail media technology.
